How do I become a Member?
Simply read up on what booking option suits you best, fill out our membership inquiry form, and we’ll set you up!

How are the sitters selected?
All sitters go through a rigorous interviewing process, and their references are checked before hiring. They are usually referred to us by fellow parents or other sitters.

Is there a minimum amount of hours per session required?
Yes, we require a minimum of 3 hours per babysitting session. If you need the sitter for less time, that is fine, but the sitter will still need to be paid for 3 hours.

Is there a cancellation fee?
Yes, if a job is canceled with 24 hours of notice or LESS, there is a $30 cancellation fee.

What if I need to book a sitter after hours?
Our normal booking hours for New York City:
MONDAY – FRIDAY, 9am – 6pm

Our normal booking hours for the Boulder / Denver Area:
MONDAY – FRIDAY, 7am – 4pm

If you need to book a sitter after hours, please send an e-mail with the request details, and it will be forwarded to the babysitters. If one of them is free, they will contact you directly to set up the booking, and you will be charged the booking fee on the next business day. (Please note: This forwarding service is only available for families who have used the service before who have a credit card on file.)

Do we tip the sitter?
Tips are certainly not mandatory, but they are always welcome. All these sitters are trained professionals who work hard to make sure you feel safe and that your child has fun.
